Office Building Redefined

Funding has been granted for a new multi-purpose office building to be built on 20 west 5th street in South Boston. The purpose of this office building is to showcase a steel element as well as redefine what the office building standard is. The standard right now is cubicles and no communication between employees. In my design, I get rid of that entirely. In my design, there is an open and collaboration concept where every office has a table for collaborating and sit/stand desks. Next, I added green spaces on all the roofs for outdoor gathering spaces. Lastly, I added a sunscreen over the south side of the building which regulates that amount of light throughout the year.
